Rules & Regulations
Here you will find information on our community rules. Please note that if you are a guest, the rental company or owner of your unit may have additional rules. We kindly ask that you follow these rules for the comfort and safety of all guests and owners at Sunrise Beach Condominiums.
General Community Rules
- Smoking/vaping is permitted in designated areas only. You may smoke on level P4, on the east or west end of the building (1 floor below the pool deck). There is no smoking/vaping on the balconies, in the units, in the hallways, in the elevators, in the stairwells, on the pool deck, in the lobbies, or any other Sunrise Beach Condominiums area. If you are caught smoking anywhere beside the designated smoking area, you will be fined $100.
- Quiet hours are between 10pm-10am.
- The pool deck is open from 9am-10pm.
- The exercise room is open from 7am-10pm. Please contact the rental company for an access code.
- Luggage carts are provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that you return the luggage carts to the parking decks after use for other guests. Luggage carts are not allowed inside the units.
- Please use the outdoor showers after visiting the beach.
- Drones are not permitted to fly on Sunrise Beach Condominiums property.
- No skating, skateboarding, or rollerblading on the premises.
- Fireworks are not permitted on Sunrise Beach Condominiums property.
- No guest pets are allowed on the property.
- No loud noise or disturbing of others at any time. Music must be kept to a reasonable volume.
- Do not throw objects from balconies or walkways. This includes (but is not limited to) cigarettes, cigars, ice, cups, trash, water, or any solid object. If you are observed violating this rule, you will be asked to leave the property without any further notice. This is a Florida law.
- No clothing, towels, or other items may be hung from the balcony railings.
- Do not feed the birds.
- Grills are prohibited on balconies. This is a Florida law. Grills are provided on P1.
- Destructive behavior is prohibited. Anyone found vandalizing or destroying any part of Sunrise Beach Condominiums property will be asked to leave and pay for damages. Any remaining rental days will be forfeited.
- Parking for watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes, buses, or any other oversized vehicle must be in the overflow parking located by Club Wyndham. Please arrange for an overflow parking pass from your rental company or the owner of the unit. You can read more about parking here.
- Parking in front of the building is limited to 15 minutes.
- All vehicles parked in the Sunrise Beach Condominiums garage must be registered within the Sunrise Beach registration system, managed by guestsvcs.com. Unregistered vehicles may be booted or towed at the guest/owner’s expense. If you have not received an email to register your vehicle, or have not provided vehicle information to your rental company, please be sure to contact them.
- Please keep the sliding doors closed in the units.
- All garbage is to be in sealed bags and placed in the trash chutes nearest your unit.
- Do not jump in the elevator. This can cause the elevator to stop working and may incur a service charge of up to $250.
Pool Deck Rules
- There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- The pool deck is open from 9am-10pm.
- Shower before entering the pools, spas, or mushroom.
- All guests and owners must wear a pool wristband when on the pool deck. Children under 10 do not need a pool wristband.
- No pets allowed on the pool deck, or in the pool.
- No glass objects of any kind on the pool deck.
- No food or drink is allowed within 4 feet of the pools, spas, or mushroom.
- No climbing or diving.
- No hitting or throwing balls or any projectiles on the pool deck of in the pools, spas, or mushroom.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Swim diapers are required for all toddlers and babies.
- Towels do not reserve chairs, people do! Do not leave towels on chairs unless you are at the pool.
- Smoking is permitted one floor below the pool deck, on the east or west sides of the building.
- No floats or air mattresses in spas.
- Maximum use of spas is 15 minutes.
- Pregnant women, small children, people with health problems, and people using alcohol, narcotics, or other drugs that cause drowsiness should not use spas without first consulting a doctor.
- Do not use the pools, spas, or mushroom if you are ill with diarrhea.
- Do not swallow the pool, spa, or mushroom water as it is re-circulated.
Gym Rules
- The exercise room is open from 7am-10pm.
- No smoking, food, or alcohol is permitted in the gym area.
- No profanity will be tolerated.
- No wet bathing suits are allowed in the gym.
- You must be 18 years or older to be in the gym.
- Suitable exercise clothing and shoes must be worn while exercising. Men must wear a shirt while exercising.
- Please wipe equipment down before proceeding to the next station.
- Return free weights to their storage position.
- No equipment is to be removed from the gym.
- Sunrise Beach Condominiums is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
